Super good experience here. Came in at 11am on a Friday and left at 3pm. In that timeframe, there was also alot of customers, so I could already tell they are quite in demand! Paul bleached, dye my hair and did my haircut. Told him I want a balayage style and he did an amazing job!! Aiai assisted him throughout the bleaching and dying process and she also did the full scalp treatment for me! Super impressed with the results and customer service even when I am using the coupons at 50%!! After reading reviews from here, I decided to travel 1 hour away and go to the Paya Lebar branch and my trip is not wasted! Highly recommend both of them!

I had PAUL as my stylist!! Finally chopped my long and dense hair to this decent length as suggested by him! I’ve asked for layers and fringe trimming, it looks super duper natural and my face looks smaller haha. He’s very professional and friendly, i’m gonna give him 11/10 for his service and the end result. Definitely will visit here agn rmb to book appt one day in advance

Just had my haircut and hair wash today and never failed me to come out from the salon feeling like a new person. May has been my hairstylist since i came in and had my hair done by her since. Definitely would recommend. Be it balayage, hair treatment and what not they’ll make it happen. Thank you again
