Back to find Joanne because I like her haircut the most out of so many salons I've tried. Surprised that a haircut can give so much shape around the face. She cuts fast yet detailed. Always able to give me volume at the top and make it less heavy at the bottom, able to give me exactly what I ask for, even when I just show her a picture without explaining.

Samantha was great , skillful and give professional advice. I am giving 5 star for her only. This Korea lady is very rough while blowing my dry making a mess on my face and the hair blower hit my bead mutlpe times and no apology at all and very attitude. Management should get mystery shopper and make the Korea lady to do for her.

Sera helped me to cut my very very long hair and did a very good job! I was scared to change my hairstyle but she was thorough and ensured I was comfortable with the length and style at each step of the haircut. She gave me styling tips after as well. Really liked my haircut and will definitely go back.
