I recently visited this hair salon, and I must say that Sean and his team did a great job during my second visit. Initially, the first hair color wasn't what I had desired – it turned out to be a bright copper-ish brown, which wasn't to my liking, particularly at the roots. However, upon informing Sean the next day, he was incredibly accommodating and suggested I come in for a recolor. During my second visit, the results were great, and I left happy with the darker ash tone I wanted. Sean's friendliness and understanding made the experience enjoyable. I appreciate the excellent service and plan to return for future hair services, and I'll be bringing my mom along too! Highly recommended.

I went to 12 hair salon for a balayage and I absolutely love it. I have so often been disappointed by the results at other hair salons however Sean and the team did not disappoint. I am so happy with the results, I was able to get what I wanted. i want to give a special mention for their hospitality towards me. Sean offered to help me get dinner while my hair was done and is extremely friendly making you feel comfortable. I’m so glad I came here for my Xmas/New years hair, I will definitely come back!

Had a great experience at 12 Hair Salon! Sean and his staff were extremely friendly and experienced. My hair felt so soft even after dyeing and the styling and cut done by Sean was very trendy and pretty. Highly recommend their services, will be back!
