I want to commend Faiz and Zaidi at the Virgin Active Paya Lebar branch for their exceptional customer service. When I lost my car key in the locker room, they were incredibly helpful, thoroughly searching the area and demonstrating a genuine commitment to assisting me. Their proactive approach and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier.

Muhammad Faiz is really helpful and tried his best to solve the issue when i could not attend the class. Counter staff were also very friendly.

Service is very good. Was served by Joana who helped me visit a few other outlets before I decided to join. Staff here are generally friendly and helpful.
