its a good place to have yr workout with diff types of machines to use...the staff there are friendly and also a walking distance from mtr.

For a fitness newbie, trainers on site were very helpful. They were very friendly and attentive. Reasonable rates is definitely another plus point on top of the new well-maintained equipments.
