F45 Training Siglap

I've been going to F45 Siglap for the last three years and the best thing about this place is how consistent the gym is in terms of vibe, community and care from the coaches. The coaches have been so lovely and encouraging from the beginning, pushing me where necessary, even while bleary-eyed during a pre-sunrise class at 6am.

Started F45 almost 3 years now and I really love the community & friendships I’ve built there! When I 1st joined, I didn’t exercise for months and was extremely unfit. But 3 years later, I’m the fittest I’ve ever been, all thanks to the trainers there!! Especially Jovi Seeing her every morning for 9.15am has been my greatest motivation!!.

An amazing group of fun and inspiring trainers! Couldn’t ask for a better place to workout!.
