Never been much of a fan of working out until I had to get out and try something new after covid; Found F45 Siglap and instantly got addicted to it. The workouts are great for people of any age or fitness level and the focus on functionality is a bonus for your day to day life. The community is great, everyone is so friendly and thats because of the culture set by the amazing coaches. They are more than willing to help out with advice/modifying the workouts to suit your every exercise needs. Would highly recommend anyone to give it a try and join!.
