I trained with Kenneth and he’s very responsible and responsive. There’s an app that helps to track the progress, and you could share your intake with trainer for suggestions too. The gym is located at the central of CBD so very easy to access. Good environment, nice trainers, overall I’ll rate it five stars.

Georgina did a good sport massage.She gave sound advice for me to further improve it on my own.Highly recommended!.

Overall a pleasant experience and effective session. Georgina was able to identify my problem areas with suggested stretches to help me manage my muscle tightness.
