Have been going to the gym for a while now and couldn't recommend it more! The gym is extremely well maintained; has everything you'd need. As someone who has various historic injuries, Shake adjusted my routines to minimise any issues in these areas. Really friendly atmosphere and the 24hr access accommodates varying work hours. Highly recommend!!!.

Wandy is a great trainer as he will personalised training for individual needs. The gym is great. The equipments are good. Very clean area. The staff is friendly.

The perfect gym is here. Machines are very well maintained, cleanliness is impeccable, staff are amazingly friendly and polite. Love the ambience and vibe!.
