Fitness First

I highly recommend Fitness First Fusionopolis as a great place to work out and socialise. I have had a great customer experience from the moment I stepped in to sign up and I have felt welcomed ever since. The centre has a well equipped gym, a swimming pool and lots of classes. In particular I’d like to mention Gretchen as a great Personal Trainer who enrolled me on Day 1 and helped me prepare an effective workout plan, fit for my needs. She also carried out a really eye-opening body composition analysis, which had never seen before and helped me focus my gym efforts in the right direction. Also, she’s a pleasure to work out with as very knowledgable and friendly.

Becoming a regular at FF Fusionopolis - certainly because our PT Zen motivates us and keeps us fit - and entertained, too . Great workouts and fun! Recommend!!.

Been training here for almost a year. Nice gym and pt instructor is good at keeping you motivated through the training.
