I was initially intimidated to go as my impression of f45 was that it is some intense workout. However, the atmosphere with a group of people working out really motivates me. The trainers are very warm and welcoming too. I am on my 9th session now and looking forward to getting fitter.
It's been a year since I join F45 Punggol Plaza, all coaches and Shane are very friendly and willing to correct your posture when you are doing work out during class. Other members are very friendly and helpful too. Definitely a work hard and play hard fitness studio. You can have fun during the lesson.
