Been at this gym for the last 1 year or so and it’s a great gym! Specifically my experience training with Damia has been wonderful - she is a fantastic PT who’s super friendly, able to go at my pace, encourages me to push myself at the gym and is able to accommodate my injuries! Would 10/10 recommend training with her!.
Good Community,Friendly Staff,Good equipment, Carlos especially friendly and help me in gym and outside of gym, He is one of the sole reason i keep coming.
It’s a great gym meets all the needs I have. Although it would be great if it had some more bumper plates and maybe even another rack.
