Not only did she check and advise on the stock availability and lead time for the furniture we had our eyes on, but she also went the extra mile to inform us about the current ongoing promotions. To our pleasant surprise, the promotions were stackable, and we ended up saving even more! Her knowledge and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. Back there to shop for my sofa and I was super lucky to be served by sales staff, Mary who has been super friendly and helpful. She helped check the earliest availability for delivery to make sure I could receive my item on time before CNY! Love the Japanese functional design at affordable prices with great quality, will definitely be back for more items.
