Visited back in Sep 2023 to purchase cabinet, two queen sized storage bed frames and recliner sofa. Joyce, our salesperson, was very patient and friendly throughout our decision making process. Item received around one month later which we were informed beforehand. Had an issue with one of the storage bed frames as the black cloth was torn. But the delivery personnel prompted notified the company and replacement was done. We are satisfied with the entire customer buying process with HomeBox Furniture.

Served by Matt today, 1st customer of the day with a fantastic experience. Even half way there is a power trip in the showroom. Matt settle it quickly. Very knowledge salesperson. Would share to our family and friend to look for him.
