I would like to express my thanks to Wanting and her team for helping out with my fabric choices for my furniture. Being a first timer, I was spoilt for choices and Wanting was extremely patient in offering her views on the different materials. The only downside is that expect about 3-4 months delivery time from the point of purchase, and the ongoing Covid situation did not help. That said I am very satisfied with my purchases. Many thanks again to the team at BoConcept.

Super customer service on top of the stylish furniture sold here. The team here is willing to go an extra mile to make sure the items bought fit (physically) in your home and matches your decor. I had some issues with the items I bought and they were willing to make a concession, allowing me to change for other items. Thank you so much.

Quality furniture still on after a few months of use. I was lucky where they had stock coming in soon, or else I would have waited longer. Salesperson was quite on to follow up with me when I was slow on payment, prompting me that price increase is coming. I saved on the delivery cost by picking it up myself.
