Passion Bereavement Care

The team at Passion Bereavement Care were great, and went many extra miles. They were incredibly thoughtful and empathetic, guiding us along and arrangement everything to its finest details, so that we didn't need to worry about anything. Through the process, they felt like close friends and family and we can't be more thankful to them all for the comfort they brought to our family.

Thank you Deborah, Kenny and the Passion team for helping us say farewell to our beloved grandfather this week. We were blessed by your compassionate service and attention to detail, such as providing us umbrellas to shield us from the rain for the final procession. We were also satisfied with the beautiful setting for the wake. At every step of the way, we felt assured that the logistics would go smoothly so we could focus on grieving our loved one.

Deborah and her team were excellent in helping me plan my father's funeral. They were transparent in their pricing, letting me know what was included, what was not and they guided us every step of the way through the process very patiently. Deborah was kind enough to talk to me and ensure that I really wanted an add-on service. Thanks to them, everything ran smoothly and even when there was a little hiccup, the team was quick to rectify.
