Quite a picturesque food court located at the 3rd floor of waterway point. I recommend the window tables for a fine view of the punggol estuary and for people watching. I tried the Japanese tempura set and it was divine, quite comparable to toshouku goen. The teochew meatball is also delicious and fresh and the soya bean drink there is a treat. Perfect place for watching the sunset vista while enjoying your dinner.
Great Ambient, Spacious Seating Arrangements. We bought Set F Chicken Rendang $6.80 from the Nyonya Nasi Lemak Stall. Nice curry sauce! Value for money.
Love love love their kimchi soup from the Korean stall located right next to Pepper Lunch Express. Soup was very flavourful and they were very very generous with their chicken and other ingredients.
