This has always been the top of my choice whenever I need to pick up flowers. Firstly, it is because it is conveniently located near the MRT station (basement of White Sands). Secondly, it's because they have quite a lot of ready hand bouquets. Even if you are looking at a single stalk, they have nice wrapping papers to go along. Also, party balloons can also be bought at this place. The choices are rather limited because most of the popular designs get sold out fast...
