Ordered 2 bouquets to the same location. Love that they look exactly the same as the online catalogue. My recipients were very impressed by how pretty the bouquets were. From the sender's POV, dealing with the staff from Flowerchimp made the whole process so seamless. Izawati helped me with the custom messages, Natasya coordinated the delivery and informed me ASAP and ahead of time when the delivery is slightly late. Both staff were prompt in replies and had very polite and pleasant interaction with them. The delivery person was also so accommodating to help me with the my request of the placement of the bouquet stands even though the bouquets were heavy and he obviously looked very exhausted. I ordered Anniversary flowers with Haagen Daz ice cream (Sweetie Pie Bundle) to be delivered to our hotel in time for our check in. The flowers were beautifully wrapped exactly as in the online brochure and the ice cream carefully wrapped in foil. There was also a pretty Happy Anniversary card. My wife was delighted and it was an unexpected surprise on check in. I would definitely use Flower Chimp again.
