Cool Petal offers really great service and is very patient and friendly. Don’t worry if u got a bad flowers from them they can easily provide a replacement within hours and even make a special gift card for your special someone highly recommended.

The staffs were very friendly and accommodating to my request in delivering my order to the vending machine last minute. The bouquet of flower delivered looked even better than photos!! My partner loved it!! Would highly recommend.
