Sweet lady boss went the extra mile for service. I had ordered flowers in advance, but had to change almost the whole arrangement (both occasion and delivery) due to unforeseen circumstances. Lady boss kindly accommodated my request in a few hours on a Saturday morning and proposed alternative floral arrangements beautiful and apt for the purpose. Thankful for her
Ordered a few centrepieces for an event. It was last minute but they manage to accommodate to our request! They even lend us the water bottle and taught us how to maintain the hydrangeas. Thank you! Will visit again if required!
I made a mistake with the online reservation, so I visited the shop in person. They kindly prepared the flowers on the spot. She loved receiving the bouquet from this place. The proposal was a success. It's just a shame that we couldn’t bring the flowers back home with us.
