Waffletown

Even though it was my first time here, I was brought back to my childhood eating in those American Themed Diner. The presentation wasn’t the best by today’s standard, but I really enjoyed the fried chicken, which was juicy and not greasy. The coleslaw was of chunkier cut of cabbage than I was used to (with small carrot bits), but overall still nice. Mashed potato was tasty, despite the pale look. Would definitely come back to try other things on their menu.

Waffletown Singapore is a rare gem nestled in the Western part of Singapore. Stepping into the old-school interior immediately transported me back to the nostalgic charm of the '80s and '90s. I ordered their signature chicken and waffles, alongside a cheeseburger, fries, and a cup of Coke. The experience was excellent all around, offering a delightful blend of retro ambiance and delicious comfort food.

This eatery is our old time comfort food. We patronized them when they were at Balmoral when our kids were studying near that area. Value for money super meal. The taste and portions have not changed since then. We will always come whenever we feel like eating their supermeal. The boss has become like our old friend .
