My friend’s meatball was frozen in the middle, but the staff were kind enough to give him a fresh batch of hot meatballs and even gave him an extra cookie. 5 stars for service

Is it just me or did they freshness of food change? My impression of subway at J8 and amk hub is that veg doesn’t taste fresh and bread is soggy despite dine in. But Raffles Place subway is the best! Crisply bread and veg is chill and fresh. Please bring across to all outlets.
