I used to have Shake Shack at least once a week when I was in the US, so I was curious to see how the Westgate outlet compares. Overall, the standard is pretty much the same, though I find that the bun here is not as fluffy or chewy as what I remembered in the US. My go to order is the SmokeShack. I really like the red peppers, as they add a slight kick and help stimulate the appetite. The burger is still enjoyable and satisfying. That said, I’m not a fan of their fries, but that’s purely personal preference. Overall, it’s still a solid burger place and something I enjoy once in a while when the craving hits.
Tried Shake Shack and really enjoyed it. The burgers were juicy and flavourful, and the buns were soft. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy, and the cheese sauce went very well with them. The milkshake was thick and not too sweet, perfect to share. Service was smooth and the staff were friendly. The place was clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back again when craving for good burgers.
