McDonald’s Pasir Ris

I had an extremely large order for an event which encountered some problems due to an issue on Grab's side. But the store manager Ms Latha and the crew handled it perfectly, going the extra mile to contact me when Grab app itself did not. Even gave us extra coke and offered to change the fries that were left at the counter for a while (due to missing grab driver) for new ones. Store manager Ms Latha was an absolute charm and made the hectic day so much better. Much much thanks and appreciation to her and her crew!

I have been going to this Elias outlet since I was very young! Over the years I have met many of the staff who worked there and they are all very friendly and helpful! The quality is of any standard Macdonalds and waiting time is really good and short! There is always a sweet uncle who does the table service and he's truly such a pure soul and joy!

It's great to see how the staffs are engaging the families and kids no matter what the time is. The service crew is also kind and helpful always. Over time the service speed have also increased, I get my food on time. The dining area is always clean, the service crew are always making sure the place is clean well done Elias
