I would like to give an excellent 5star review of A&W staff Ms Eliza. Despite being busy, she noticed that somehow I needed some water as I am eating a Coney dog. She went the extra mile of serving me a cup of plain water. Her gesture was really heart warming and unexpected. I really appreciate her great service and initiative.
I just wanted to say thanks for the awesome service when you served my family and other customers. You were so friendly and attentive, and it really made our visit enjoyable. It’s clear you care about making sure everyone has a great experience.
Nice place to go... Good staff... Guided me thru the lines well and not rudely like other places... Great food!
