A conveniently located community center, full of amenity and facility for meeting, conference, sports activities and yoga, training class rooms . The better part of it is the co-location with Chua Chu Kang NPC which serves the community with security, law and order.

Very good place for community bonding playing indoor games such as badminton, etc. together with a neighbourhood police post on-site.

The yew tee estate is the smallest estate in the country of singapore.the food and drinks is pretty expensive.there is no public telephone in the yew tee estate premises.i wish there will be public telephones that will be free usage for residents so that residents can inform their family members in cases of emergency matters when they left their mobile phone at homes.please kindly do something to keep the food and drink prices affordable for the man living without a shelter. - Huang P
