Visited for Neighbourhood National Day ticket. Was warmly greeted by front desk Ms Aida. Felt welcome. Info provided was clear & helpful. She also provided National flag! Great.can hang it at my home. Excellent customer service.
I went to exchange trace together token.It was extremely easy to use the vending machine. No hassle, need only to being your Nirc and the existing token. Great innovative.
The surroundings are a tad old but the location is close to Geylang Serai and plenty of nice food nearby.
