We had our wedding dinner at Alkaff Mansion, and had everything managed by Joan, who was a great help. She was readily available when we had any requests, questions or things to check out about the venue when we were organizing things like decorations, vendors and other stuff. She was also super helpful when it came the actual day, helping us to manage the celebrations together with my wedding party, and letting us just be able to enjoy ourselves with our families and friends. Really happy with our wedding dinner celebration overall. Would highly recommend Joan if anyone needs help with an event organizer. Some things that could be looked into for further improvement in the future might be a refurbishing of some of the sound equipment available in the venue. I understand that it might be older than some other venues, or that certain sound equipment is not typically used (microphone stands for example), but it might be good for those wedding parties who need it! But it's a small thing and can be easily fixed or resolved.

We just had our wedding recently at Monti and had the pleasure to work with Joan from One Host as our wedding coordinator. We couldn't be happier with the experience. Throughout the planning process, Joan was always accessible, responsive,accommodating & extremely friendly. She listened attentively to our concerns, provided valuable suggestions, and made sure that our preferences were prioritized. Her professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the planning process, and her calm demeanor on the day of the wedding put us at ease. We were able to fully enjoy our special day.
