I would like to send my thank you and appreciation for your excellent help. This afternoon my HDB apt suddenly lost power. There was no circiuit trip as confirmed by your electrician via whatsapp after I sent him a picture. He then asked me to check with my neighbours if they had power. After confirming that they had power, I mentioned to him that my next door neighbor is doing renovations. He then asked me to send him picture of the external power box switch. We then found out that the reno people likely switched off my main power my mistake. After the electrician thought me how to turn on the mains power and power to my apartment was restored. I am so grateful that your electrician patiently and kindly went through the steps to trouble shoot before making a trip and we could resolve my issue via whatsapp. I will definitely recommend your service to friends and family and will reach out to you if there is a need in future. I was happily enjoying my chips and watching my drama show at home and suddenly, at1030pm i faced a total blackout, and was panicky and desperate to seek help from an Electrician. I am so thankful and lucky that i found Vision 2 Engineering and seeking help via whatsapp with a photo i shared. I called Mr Khoo as the RCB was faulty and caused the whole house to have no electricity. He was prompt in responding and assured me that his company was fully licensed. The technicians were very friendly and patient, and did a tidy job. Thank you!
