On 4 Jan 2025, a Saturday, my house power tripped before 8 a.m. due to my storage water heater. The house was without electricity. I called Competent Electrician at around 8.10 a.m.. Mr. Teo answered my call calmly and asked me on the issues. He told me he would send his men to my place to assess the issues. At around 8.25 a.m., I received a message from Islam telling me he was on his way to my place. Once Islam and Sarif stepped into my house, they immediately took out the testing instrument and assessed the circuit breaker and storage water heater. Islam updated me on the issues and the options available to me, including the pros, cons, and price. Islam and Sarif helped me changed the circuit breaker and storage water heater within the same day. They exhibited commitment, honesty, and professionalism in completing the job.
