Laundry Loft

This is the first time we visited this laundromat and it wasn't exactly timely due to the huge traffic at the shop! The heavy downpour was incessant this CNY period & all of us customers were like minded in our endeavour to dry out all our wet laundry due to the bad weather. The service from the bosses of this laundromat was impeccable and simply perfect! It was pretty much a rare sight where the bosses are not just hands-on at the worksite but so passionate about what they do, and being so committed in the business. When the boss found out that it was my first time visiting his laundromat, it was a pleasant surprise for me that he made the effort to walk me through the facilities that were available at this shop and he also taught me how to optimise the use of his dryers and washers. I was indeed so surprised when he also shared his knowledge on how to save money & energy with the use of the facilities at his shop. I love how my clothes & blankets smell and the dryers are also very efficient. Highly recommended!

Mr Kevin is very knowledgeable in fabric care and gave us some very important tips on purchase of clothes, understanding the labels and washing care. I will strongly recommend Laundary Loft for their excellent and timely service.

Very helpful staff at the laundry mat. Explained to us how to use the machines and even recommended the washing/drying cycles to use.
