Serene is very friendly and helpful, and she has a pleasant voice, it was so warming and calming talking to her especially when I was busy with the moving. She and her husband came down my place to collect the two heavy bags of curtains for dry cleaning and delivered them after cleaning without any extra charges, really appreciate their efforts. Both collection and delivery were on time, thanks for the great attitude and service.

The elder lady is very nice and friendly. She explained pricing policy during weight the curtains and calculated price twice to prevent any error. It was a great experience! The shop is a bit difficult to find,after getting off the escalator @B1, you should go backwards ,then turn right twice to get there.

Very responsive and professional, accepted my request for dry washing my curtains with a very short notice. The cost is reasonable as well.
