Very pleased with the service provided and the experience I had. From the appointment making to service date, communication was very professional and efficient. The service person was very quick in his work, yet took great care to keep the area clean while working. Would recommend and use their services again.

They are very thorough in cleaning A/C units compared to other cleaning services I have tried before. They inform you about the status of the units and don't push pricey services like chemical washing unless it's really required. Highly recommended.

Punctual, professional and polite, technician left my place cleaned and tidy after servicing and cleaning. I happy with his service and attitude.

They are the best! My aircon managed to be resuscited by Dr Aircon eventhough its already a 10 year aircon and hasn't work for almost a year! They didn't give up on it till they found out what was the problem and why the aircon didn't work. Now my aircon is working out cool and fine! It truely makes my day happy yesterday. Highly recommended. I would like to commend the 2 servicemen that fixed my aircon leakage. They did a great job. they were also very courteous, professional and pleasant.

My air con has been making weird vibration noises. This problem has not been solved for a long time. Thankfully I found Cool East Service and the service person was very friendly and was willing to patiently explained to me the issue with my air con. After the servicing, I also asked them to do cleaning. When everything is done, I realised my air con has a nice scent instead of the typical moist smell coming out when I start my air con. Now I can sleep with peace. Thank you Cool East Service!

Mr James was very professional and did a great job of servicing the aircon units. He also patiently explained the cause of the leakage issues and asked us to observe for improvements/leakage and if the issue isn't fixed offered to come back and take a look.

Very professional divinity recommend to use.
