I have been using another laundry service nearby for many years and they damaged a couple of my shirts. At the start of this year I decided to give Jeeves a try. I must say that I have been very impressed with the level of care they show towards the garments. Beverly is service oriented, knowledgeable about garment care, and meticulous in inspecting the items and will advise accordingly. They even clean luxury bags and I dare say they do a better job than many dedicated bag cleaners. I would recommend Jeeves do more marketing for their bag cleaning services.

Beverly has been awesome in providing the best advice on caring for garments. I always appreciate her level of customer service and that’s the reason why I have been with this outlet for years.
