Jackie Chen is very professional, patient and does his job well to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. He came on the first day to remove our curtains to bring back for dry cleaning. On day of installation, another guy (forgot to capture his name) came back to install who does a rush job and not very professional. Left hurriedly to rush for his next appointment with poor workmanship in the installation. Request from the WA service for Jackie to come and help us and Jackie came within 2h to finish the job nicely and professionally. Kudos to the fast response and will definitely return again to engage DuoNiNi for the curtain services.

Antonio Too from Duonini did an amazing job of cleaning our extremely dirty chairs. He arrived on time and msg 15 mins before arriving as well. We are extremely satisfied with the service. It was very easy to get a quote, and the customer service was very prompt to reply to my queries. Highly recommend them.
