Thank you Dr. Florence for helping me extract my upper wisdom tooth in a few minutes only. I really scare for the injection and extraction but Dr. Florence is very patient and very nice when she do treatment. The service from counter Shi Shi also very nice which explain the things need to be take care after extraction. Thank you so much. Will come again next time.

I have phobia when it comes to filling of a tooth, what more extraction of the wisdom tooth. However, I had a pleasant experience with the staffs of Q&M @Tiong Baru. The dentist is kind and gentle. Her assistants (a young Indian lady) even gave me gentle pats on the hand and held my head which helps allay d fear. The other young Chinese staff at the counter is kind too. Thank you. Forgot to ask for their names.

Its a kind, friendly, good service, good doctor too! I am not in the booking but nurse help me monitor if other patients cancel. Doctor (Dr Florence) explain clearly what happened to the teeth ..thank you 4 the help.
