Casa Dental

Came here for the first time and saw this clinic via Google. Needed to get one of my rotten tooth extracted and was worried. But after consulting with Dr Kalie and Dr JY, they made me feel very comfortable. During the extraction, I was feeling nervous as it is my first time. But both Docs keep comforting me and giving me endless encouragement. Extraction process was a smooth one. I’m glad that I came here for it! Ms Serena at the counter is nice and takes her patience to slowly informing me about the medication. Nice environment too.

I have been going to Casa Dental for at least 4 years now and I've never thought of going to any other dental clinic since then! The doctors here are very gentle and reassuring, and I like the cleanliness and coziness of the clinic and waiting area. Have been doing my routine cleaning and polishing here, as well as completed my Invisalign treatment and wisdom tooth removal here and so far my experience has been great! Dr Joleen and Dr Jean are both very efficient and gentle and I always feel that I am in good hands here. Occasionally the waiting time can get abit long but it's understandable since some procedures/patients may require additional time.

Dr Chan is very friendly and professional. He keeps communicating to me throughout the dental treatment that I had with him (though sometimes I couldn’t really catch all words as the machine sound is louder haha) but I really appreciate his kind gestures assuring I’m okay. The nurse and receptionist attending are also very efficient and helpful. Overall a very good and satisfied experience.
