Pretty studio and instructors are encouraging, as well as patient. Love how classes are well planned with tricks to cover in each level. Instructors do spot each student for new and difficult moves, and share tips for safety. A really loving environment to pick up an aerial arts. Definitely recommend

I am so glad that they have opened a branch in the EAST! Milan offers Aerial Hoop, Hammock, Silk and pole. I got to try different types of classes and picked my "Poison". Instructors are friendly here. You can choose the type of classes according to the level that suits you! The energy here is great! I made a few new friends ever since I joined their classes.

Enjoyed every single class at MPDS for the past 1 and a half years. The instructors are full of energy, fun and caring! Working out at MPDS is what I’m going to miss the most in Singapore
