I recently had the most empowering experience at Breathedance Co. under the guidance of the incredible Tania! Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she creates an environment filled with warmth and laughter. Tania's expertise and encouragement made my first pole dance class an absolute joy. Survived a topsy-turvy week, but Tania turned it into a dance-filled adventure! Highly recommend her classes for a boost of confidence and a ton of fun.

Never too old to learn Pole! Started my pole journey in my 40s, 1 year plus ago with Breathe. Great community. Love my super wonderful teacher Teresa Chen who journeyed so patiently with me though I take much longer than others to learn. Great workout too! Highly recommended.

Breathe Dance is the best. Instructor Penny was funny, cute and yet very clear in her instructions. The choreo sequence is easy to learn and the music was catchy. I found myself looking forward to the lesson every week cos its a good way to destress and tone muscles at the same time!
