"Outram Secondary School provides an instructional programme, multiple co-curricular activities and overseas trips. Mr Keith Tan is the principal of this school. The school designs key processes and programmes to develop children holistically into successful individuals in line with the school’s vision of lifelong learners, innovative leaders, and caring contributors, imbued with the school’s values. Their three key domains are further supported by the Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP), the Applied Learning Programme (ALP), the Character and Citizenship Education (CCE), Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) and the Aesthetics Programme. Their programmes equip the students with the skills, talents, mindsets, and values that prepare them to engage with the challenges and possibilities of the future with the right skills and adaptability. Outram Secondary School also educates deaf students who do not need to use sign language to communicate.
