Vincent sent an sms to notify expected pick up and knocked on the door upon arrival. He was polite too! He was punctual and delivered item within the 3 hours express. Rachel (A68OFJ) is extremely dedicated. When I didn't manage to pick up the call, she called me 4 time during that period. And left. However she continues to arrange for the next time slot to ensure that I get the item. Great service, excellent follow up. Wish more delivery drivers are like her.
