I truely enjoyed our therapy session and Sarah has uncovered my deepest thoughts, fear, aspiration that I have never spoken to anyone about. She helped me enhance my relationships with my husband, my son, my parents, my silbings and my co-worker. During the covid19 crisis, I almost slip into mild depression and I could not manage my life anymore. Sarah has given me structure, directions and stability in my life. I cannot thank Sarah enough! Truly amazing!

Stephanie was really approachable and easy to talk to, and I really appreciated her sharing very openly about therapy and helping me to identify areas where therapy can help. She gave me much more clarity on how I can view this journey!
