Decided to go for therapy after I realize my anxiety and other issues were affecting my daily life and health condition. Alexandrea was able to help me sort out my thoughts and organize them better, and gain new perspectives. It's a safe space to speak about things that I do not speak out about otherwise, and sessions are always pleasant. Would recommend.

A month ago I came across this therapy clinic by chance when I felt really lost and depressed. Mr Tay is swift in replying when he is available. I felt better even after the 1st session with him, because he has faith in me that I would be okay and I would be happy again. Now, I am in much better mood and better understanding about myself.
