Hernping is a trauma informed psychologist and neurodivergent affirmative. I appreciate the affordable counselling service and the community events organised. Kudos to IASH for having empathy circles which cater to different groups and topics such as neurodivergence, parenting, childhood trauma, anxiety, finding meaning during unemployment etc. There are also relaxing sessions such as art, boardgames, karaoke and community hikes which are free for all to join. The space is super cosy and welcoming with affirmative paintings and also an extensive library of books and art materials for you to use. Thank you IASH for making mental health support accessible.

Cosy environment with friendly approachable staff. Had counselling with Lin here who is professional yet warm and a good listening ear. I felt lighter after my session here. Would recommend.

good counsellors; the space itself is a very warm comfortable environment that i feel safe in, love the space and the cushions and little knick knacks around for me to relax and look at after my sessions.
