Joey has been an invaluable guide on my journey. She possesses an ability to present alternative perspectives in a way that's both insightful and empathetic. One of the things I appreciate most about Joey is her patience to listen to my unpleasant experience and help me to see it in another light that doesn’t make me feel so affected. Her relatable stories have helped me to reflect on my own experiences and gain fresh insights. After each conversation, I feel lighter and more hopeful. I've also noticed an improvement in my ability to better manage triggers at my own pace with more self awareness. I am truly grateful for Joey's support and guidance.

I will always be grateful for the friend who introduced me to Joey. It’s natural to feel anxious on your first therapy session, but Joey made it seem like you’ve known her for a long time. She has her ways of making you feel comfortable and clear what you’re there for. She is authentic and shares her personal experiences - proves that she’s human. She goes out of her way to manage her schedule to fit into mine just so I could get out of dark times.
