Thank you Esther, for the lovely help. As a couple therapist, she's patient, objective, and cuts right through the noise without taking sides. As a performance coach, her listening ear is especially helpful in bouncing ideas off, and making actionable next steps super clear and achievable. If need be, the plan that she provides, is very helpful in visualizing milestones and what you need to focus on before meeting her again. All in all, I'm always very happy with my chats with Esther.
