Thank you Esther, for the lovely help. As a couple therapist, she's patient, objective, and cuts right through the noise without taking sides. As a performance coach, her listening ear is especially helpful in bouncing ideas off, and making actionable next steps super clear and achievable. If need be, the plan that she provides, is very helpful in visualizing milestones and what you need to focus on before meeting her again. All in all, I'm always very happy with my chats with Esther.

I found both individual and group sessions very helpful. Claudette is gentle in her approach and firm in the belief that she is not there to answer your lifes problems but rather encourages you to think, to express your unmet needs and then to take action towards changing certain behaviours that no longer serve you. I enjoy my sessions and feel alot lighter and alot of relief afterwards as well,
