My counsellor patiently coached me to look at the event in different light and to have a more balance view of what actually happened. She teaches me on various way to recall the pros & cons in the marriage and what his contribution & strength to balance with his weakness. She also professionally ask questions that leads me to analyse any on-hand issues systematically and explore various practical solutions.

I have a lot of different sharing and learn to calm myself. I feel better when talk out and someone listens to me and point out the mistakes I can change to be better in handing my situations.

I totally enjoyed the (workshop) session. I will definitely put to use based on what I have learnt today…. Thank you so much.
