I was recommended to TRIT Computer to resolve my login password issue. The person attending to me was Jacky. He was well mannered, listened to my issue and told me the bad news that my laptop needed to be reformatted and all contents in the laptop would be lost. After the reformatting, Jacky helped to reinstall my Microsoft office. To my surprise, all my documents were intact because they were saved in the cloud! My whole experience with Jacky was a pleasant one and I will definitely go back to him for any laptop issues. The fee of $50 charged for the work was reasonable.
