Excellent Service Repairing My Notebook’s Lost Internet Connection I recently had my notebook’s internet connection repaired, and I was genuinely impressed with the service I received from Aaron. The experience was smooth, professional, and results-driven. What stood out was his honesty, patience and willingness to answer all my questions making the whole experience a pleasant one.

I would like to commend the IT staff, Aaron from Dr IT(bedok branch)for his good service. He was very patient and explained everything step by step, as I’m not computer-savvy. He also gave honest advice on whether to upgrade or get a new or refurbished computer without pressure. Highly recommended.

Replacing my old Asus AIO with a miniPC bought from DR I.T. is a wise decision. Only found out their existence thru online but service is reliable and affordable. Thanks to Aaron who gave an excellent service to my computer problem.
