Uniqlo Tampines 1 has absolutely wonderful and top notch service compared to other Uniqlo branches. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon seeing me with so many items, a staff brought me a basket so that I could put my clothes inside, for a better shopping experience. Staff in the fitting rooms were patient and very accommodating too, and arranged for me to have a bigger changing room when he saw that I had a lot of items. I had a very good shopping experience with staff Suhaimi, who was very patient and assisted me with my other shopping after I made my payment. I will definitely revisit this branch.

Great and affordable place to buy men's clothing, some of the AIRism clothing is quite good, stylish and last longer, suitable for the weather conditions in SG and also great for travelling too. Checkout is not a problem and they can do a free alterations if the pant is too long.

Unique staff Ms Erica from the men's section showed exemplary service. She was patient and very helpful. Hope she is rewarded for her good service.

I would also like to thank Xiaolin for her excellent service during my visit. She gave me helpful advice on matching styles of clothing, and her warmth and friendliness made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I really appreciate her attentive and thoughtful assistance. - Wei Reply
