Uniqlo Tampines 1 has absolutely wonderful and top notch service compared to other Uniqlo branches. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon seeing me with so many items, a staff brought me a basket so that I could put my clothes inside, for a better shopping experience. Staff in the fitting rooms were patient and very accommodating too, and arranged for me to have a bigger changing room when he saw that I had a lot of items. I had a very good shopping experience with staff Suhaimi, who was very patient and assisted me with my other shopping after I made my payment. I will definitely revisit this branch.

I ordered xs as it was not displayed in-store. it was delivered to store within 2days, also I received emails on the item being sent over and another email that the item is ready for collection, with qr code as verification, don't need receipt . It was very seamless transaction. I opted for store pick up as it was foc and convenient, if delivered to home there's a $6 charge lol. Loved the color, size, design and material. It came with detachable slip dress inside.

Great and affordable place to buy men's clothing, some of the AIRism clothing is quite good, stylish and last longer, suitable for the weather conditions in SG and also great for travelling too. Checkout is not a problem and they can do a free alterations if the pant is too long.
